Our Story: From Dreams to Empire
Taco Empire was founded with a passion for authentic Mexican flavors, fresh ingredients, and genuine hospitality. What began as a food truck in June 2022 quickly became a local favorite in Oklahoma City, known for its signature blue corn tortilla tacos, house-made salsas, quesabirrias, and commitment to quality.
In November 2023, Taco Empire proudly opened its first brick-and-mortar restaurant, expanding its mission of bringing fresh, flavorful Mexican food and a welcoming experience to the community.
More than just great food, Taco Empire is built on values of authenticity, consistency, cleanliness, and exceptional service. From everyday meals to large catering events, our goal is to create an experience that brings people together and keeps them coming back.
